Unreel EstateAI transparency

Real property · honest context

AI should improve the presentation — not blur the truth.

Unreel uses AI to help real-estate professionals edit photographs, stage rooms, create video and draft marketing content. This page explains where AI is involved and what must remain clear when an output is published.

Output language

Four clear categories

The category is based on what the workflow is designed to change, not on how impressive the result looks.

01Standard edit

The photograph remains the photograph.

Faithful reframing and resolution recovery are designed to preserve the scene and its meaning. They do not receive a visible AI-content label by default.

Reframe & zoom · Upscale to HD

02AI modified

A real image, materially changed.

When AI removes an object, changes atmosphere, or follows a free-form edit, Unreel identifies the result as AI modified in its publishing context.

Edit with AI · Erase / declutter · Change light & sky

03Virtually staged

The room is real. The furniture is not.

Virtual furnishing is always treated as an AI modification and receives a specific virtual-staging disclosure.

Furnish a room

04AI generated

Synthetic motion or content.

Generated video, voice, and other synthetic media are identified as AI generated where the output is presented for download or publication.

Generated listing video · AI voice · selected social assets

Aria

An AI assistant, identified as one.

Aria is an AI assistant. It can explain workflows and draft marketing language, but it can be incomplete or mistaken. Property facts and publishable claims require human review.

Disclosure

Keep the context with the asset.

Unreel displays the applicable disclosure in the product. Customers must keep a clear label visible when publishing virtual staging, AI-modified property media, or generated content where disclosure is required.

Provenance

Machine-readable marking is the next layer.

We are developing machine-readable provenance and detection measures for applicable generated and substantially modified outputs. Visible product labels do not by themselves claim completion of that technical work.

How processing works

Specialised systems, one accountable product experience.

Depending on the workflow, Unreel may use specialised services from providers such as Google, OpenAI, Topaz Labs, BytePlus, Runway, or equivalent infrastructure selected for the requested output. Uploaded media, prompts and related instructions may be transmitted to the provider needed to perform that workflow.

Unreel is not a tenant-screening, credit-scoring, biometric, emotion-recognition or property-eligibility decision system. It does not decide who may rent, buy, finance, work, or receive an essential service.

Customers remain responsible for verifying the property, advertising claims, local listing rules, fair-housing requirements and the final context in which an output appears.

Questions about an output or its disclosure?

Include the generation ID or a link to the asset when possible.
